A one of a kind solid Argentium sterling silver and carnelian Hamsa pendant necklace with a lotus flower centerpiece. The lovely red orange carnelian has a deep luminous glow and is set in a fine silver bezel with a bead wire detail against a rustically textured background. Orbs of silver adorn the hand along with wire detail for a richly visual piece. Handcrafted by us in the Mocahete Studio for a unique piece of wearable art. Solidly built with traditional metalsmith techniques for a piece to treasure for a lifetime. Many believe the Hamsa or Hand of Fatima among other names also offers protection against evil, the addition of the lotus adds a sense of sereneness.
The argentium sterling was given a rustic texture to add a feel of antiquity and then oxidized to provide contrast and accentuate the glowing red - orange carnelian.
